Standard:
1.Material Standard: Adhering to GB/T 42159-2022, which stipulates the requirements for titanium bars and wires used in bolt manufacturing, and will be implemented in July 2023.
2.Aviation standard: Commonly used HB 8025-2002, specifically for TC16 titanium alloy MJ threaded bolts, applicable to aviation fasteners.
3.Aerospace standards: including technical conditions of QJ 2585-1993 and the newer QJ 20058-2024, used in the field of high-end aerospace manufacturing.
Material:
1.TC4 titanium alloy: It is the most widely used, with high strength and temperature resistance up to 400℃, suitable for aircraft structures and engine components.
2.TC16 and TB3: TC16 is suitable for cold heading processes, while TB3 is used for 1100MPa-grade high-strength bolts, commonly found in military aircraft and spacecraft.
3.Pure titanium TA1/TA2: good corrosion resistance, but low strength, mostly used in chemical or marine aquaculture equipment.
