1.Common grades: Pure titanium (TA1, TA2, corresponding to Gr1, Gr2), alloy (TC4/Ti-6Al-4V, corresponding to Gr5), and corrosion-resistant alloy (TA9, TA10).
2.Specification range: The side length is typically 1mm to 100mm (GB/T 2965-2023 specifies the thickness of the bar section to be 7 to 100mm), and the length can reach up to 5000mm.
3.Tolerance grade:
Hot working condition (black skin/forged surface): The tolerance is relatively wide, and it is recommended to segment according to dimensions by referring to the standard table.
Cold-worked/turned/polished state: Precision can reach h9, H7, H6, etc., with surface roughness Ra≤1.6μm (depending on specific processing requirements).
