Titanium Hexagonal Bar is a titanium rod with a hexagonal cross-section; common materials include commercially pure titanium (such as TA1 and TA2) and titanium alloys (such as TC4).

  1. TA1/TA2 Pure Titanium Rods: These offer excellent corrosion resistance and high biocompatibility, making them suitable for chemical processing equipment, medical devices, and seawater desalination applications. TA2 is slightly stronger than TA1 and is the most common grade on the market.
  2. TC4 Titanium Alloy Rods: Characterized by high strength and high-temperature resistance, these are ideal for aerospace components, structural mechanical parts, and sports equipment. They are the safer choice for applications involving heavy loads or high operating temperatures.
  3. Other Special Grades: Grades such as TA9 and TA10 are specialized alloys offering specific advantages in corrosion resistance or strength; they typically require customization based on technical drawings or specific industry standards.
