.Material Standards: Comply with the corresponding material specifications based on the titanium alloy grade.

.Pure Titanium (TA1/TA2): Complies with ASTM B265 / GB/T 3621 (plates) or GB/T 3623 (wires, current version GB/T 3623-2022).

.Titanium Alloy (TC4/Gr5): Complies with GB/T 2965 (titanium and titanium alloy bars) or ASTM F136 (medical implant grade).

.Common Grade Equivalents: TA1/TA2 correspond to ASTM Gr1/Gr2 (corrosion-resistant, low strength); TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) corresponds to ASTM Gr5 (high strength, most widely used).

5. Performance Ratings: Titanium screws do not use the"Class 8.8/10.9"designations found in carbon steel fasteners; instead, they are typically marked with the material grade (e.g., TC4) or inspected against ASTM standards. TC4 offers a tensile strength exceeding 900 MPa.

.Surface Treatment: Anodizing and mechanical polishing are common; electroplating is unnecessary (due to titanium's inherent corrosion resistance), though care must be taken to avoid the risk of hydrogen embrittlement.
